Job Duties: The role will be critical in ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times, and will include:Overall responsibility of food quality and safety on the production floorFacilitate site visits and auditsInvestigation of customer complaints and non-conformancesOn floor hygiene management and chemical control on floorManagement of training manuals useStart up checksAudits: Hygiene, glass and hard plastics and GMP auditsInduction training- including allergen training Allergen control and swabsCompletion of internal audits and corrective actionsEnsure BRC and customer requirements are adhered to on production floorManagement of temperature monitoring systemMaintaining microbiological testing scheduleManagement of serious incidents and corrective actions / preventative measures

Qualifications / Experience: 3rd level qualification in relevant disciplineMinimum 2 year's experience in food industry, including High Care EnvironmentInternal audit, Level 3 FHT and Level 3 HACCP qualificationsWorking knowledge of BRC standard, HACCP, Food Legislation, and Food Hygiene
