Job Duties: To assist in the effective development and delivery of the regeneration agenda, through the planning and delivery of a range of development and regeneration projects throughout the Borough. The Development Officer will assist with the delivery and project management of a programme of work including but not limited to public realm design and delivery, and feasibility studies relating to various built environment objectives within settlements throughout the Borough.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of two year's experience working on capital/development/ regeneration projects or initiatives.Minimum of one year's experience working with multiple stakeholders or interest groups in a development/ regeneration context.Minimum of one year's experience working within time and budget constraint.Access to a form of transport which will permit the post holder to carry out the duties of the post in full.
