Job Duties: Contribute to the development of the Directorate annual management plan. Chair and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all relevant issues are raised, debated, conflicts resolved and agreements made. Review and reflect existing models of involvement, participation and co-production to develop an integrated action plan, translating the values and principles outlined in regional guidance into practice. Qualifications / Experience: University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification.Minimum of two years' experience at Senior Management level role (equivalent to at least Band 7).Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
