Job Duties: Take a lead role within the locality for the coordination, integration, development and implementation of the Trust's Promoting Wellbeing priorities, programmes and policies across Trust Directorates and Programmes of Care;Provide leadership and line management to a multi-skilled locality Promoting Wellbeing team to ensure that staff are inspired and supported to work collaboratively and innovatively in identifying and responding to changing health and social wellbeing demands, priorities and needs;Support the creation and implementation of Trust policies, strategies and programmes that reflect and adhere to national, regional, area and local priorities in relation to community development, user involvement and health improvement.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: Hold a university degree or recognised professional qualification or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.Have a minimum of 2 years' experience at Band 6 or above or equivalent in a role with a substantive health improvement or community development focus including staff management experience.Or:Have 5 years' experience in a role with a substantive health improvement or community development focus to include 3 years' experience at Band 6 or above or equivalent with staff management experience.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
