Job Duties: Provide effective leadership to effectively manage the implementation and delivery of the area wide Outer West Neighbourhood Renewal Action Plan and monitor the output of all service delivery organisations contributing to the planTake a lead in the identification of funding opportunities, including writing funding bids to support current and planned programmes in line with the major developments for the organisation. Develop sustainable working relationships with key influencers, statutory organisations and funding bodies, profiling Outer West Neighbourhood Partnership and advocating for further investment in the Outer West Neighbourhood Renewal area. Oversee the development and delivery of the entire programme of core business, in liaison with key stakeholders, in order to meet Outer West Partnerships obligations to funders.Responsibility for the overall efficient and effective management of Outer West Neighbourhood Partnership, finance, staff, programmes and services.

Qualifications / Experience: Five years' experience in a paid capacity of working at a senior level within community development or equivalent field.Or A third level professional qualification in a relevant field alongside a proven track record of at least 3 years' paid experience of working in the field of community development at a senior level.
