Job Duties: To manage a team of 5 Resourcing and Training Co-Ordinators, to ensure that in HRL we:Recruit the best people to achieve our strategic objectives, within an optimum time to hire.Promote HRL as an employer of choice in order to attract the best people, by utilising various channels such as careers fairs, college links, social media etc.Implement innovative and appropriate talent acquisition strategies to attract the best calibre of candidate to retail store-based roles, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and contacts.Contribute to ensuring an excellent on-boarding experience to optimise retention of new recruits, by overseeing and influencing consistency of first-class induction training & orientation.Deliver all recruitment & selection activity (more info available on our career site)

Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate others to achieve results which are aligned to strategy. They must be highly skilled in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, developing and encouraging others to learn and develop, and prioritising activity in line with business and individual needs. A strong working knowledge/ demonstrable experience of resourcing within a large, fast- paced business will be required. Also, essential to this role is sound business acumen/ commercial awareness, and previous experience within the FMCG sector would be advantageous.
