Job Duties: The post holder is responsible for developing a learning and development strategy to ensure that all employees and volunteers are skilled to meet the requirements (current and anticipated) of their role, liaising with senior management to determine desired outcomes.

Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications and Experience:Third level qualification with a minimum of 2 years' as a Learning and Development Practitioner or a minimum of 5 years' experience in the design and delivery of Learning and Development Activities.Recognised Trainer Qualification such as NVQ Level 3; CIPD Level 3 or 5 Diploma in Learning and Development or equivalent, or higher, or working towards same.
