Job Duties: Engage and influence managers to deliver a seamless and people focused absence management process. Support managers and attend, absence management related meetings.Monitor and report monthly short term absence triggers with relevant managers, supporting and driving the recommended actions.
Qualifications / Experience: CIPD Membership Level 3 and above.A minimum of 1 years experience in a HR generalist role.Experience of:Absence Management.Delivering excellent customer service.Using HR software systems.Highly proficient in MS Office suite particularly Word & Excel. Excel must include use of formulas and pivot tables.
