Job Duties: A typical day will require the successful candidate to process & reconcile invoices and liaise with our suppliers to ensure all invoices are correct and any billing mistakes are identified and rectified swiftly.The role will also entail disputing charges with couriers on our customers' behalf, raising additional payment requests from customers when full payment for services provided were not collected up front and undertaking various other related tasks.Although much of the role is back office based work, in time you will also move to resolving customer billing disputes. This will mean engaging directly with customers and working towards a resolution.
Qualifications / Experience: The successful candidate should not only be familiar with Microsoft Excel, but proficient in working with spreadsheets. Being able to engage with customers and suppliers in a friendly and constructive manner is a must, however the successful candidate will also need to have a determined and persevering attitude in order to be successful in the key purpose of this role - resolving potentially loss making orders.GCSE Maths & English grades A - C is a minimum requirement, while A-levels grades A - C or an undergraduate degree is preferred.
