Job Duties: Undertake administration duties in relation to the Family Support Hub referrals including undertaking checks on Trust computer information systems (e.g. Soscare, Child Health, ECR, Scheduler etc.) Take verbal referrals to the Family Support Hub by telephone from professionals and families. Undertake administration duties in relation to preparation for each Family Support Hub meeting, working to deadlines.

Qualifications / Experience: 4 GCSE's Grades A-C to include English Language (or equivalent Qualification) plus 1 year's administrative /clerical experience. OR NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) plus 1 year's administrative /clerical experience. OR 2 year's administrative /clerical experience. 1 year's word processing experience. Experience in using Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
