Job Duties: The job will involve a variety of roles, dealing with both customers and suppliers daily, answering the phone, replying to emails, taking orders from customers, monitoring stock levels, generating purchase orders, and e-mailing suppliers.The chosen candidate must provide a high quality of service to our customers. This opening will give you the confidence and opportunity to really make the role your own. It will be our top priority to ensure you have the right training available to get you off to a flying start.You will be the main point of contact to for customers, suppliers, raising invoices, purchase orders, following up on paymentsDay to day duties will include but are not limited to:You will be liaising with customers and suppliers and build a good rapport and working relationship with themManaging Facebook Page/Website, some sales/marketing experience would be beneficial Other various day-to-day activities
