Job Duties: Retrieval and preparation of case notes for emergency admissions and ED clinics.Maintain case notes of patients whilst in ED ensuring that all items are securely fastened in the case notes. Maintain an adequate supply of addressographs, in each case note.Filing of laboratory test results, x-ray reports and general correspondence within the case notes whilst patient is in ED.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
