Job Duties: You will be responsible for delivering first class Front of House service and will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors to the office. You will also provide administrative support and act as a key member of the Corporate Services team.Role Responsibilities:Greeting any guests visiting the office in a professional mannerManaging all incoming calls and correspondence and ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate member of staffEnsuring the office is professionally presented and well maintained at all timesProviding administrative support to the Office Management and wider Corporate Services teams Assisting with planning, organising and coordination of office meetings and eventsProviding cover on other FinTrU sites, when requiredAny other ad hoc duties commensurate to the role
Qualifications / Experience: The Ideal Candidate:A minimum of one year working within professional services or hospitality in a client or customer facing roleFive GCSEs grades A-C (including English and Mathematics) or equivalentEmbodies a positive and professional attitude and acts as a role model for the businessHighly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks appropriatelyConversant in Microsoft Office with a keenness to further develop these skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.
