Job Duties: The Ship & Bright Future Office Administrator will provide professional clerical, administrative and secretarial support to all Ship and Bright Future programme staff and counsellors.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 5 GSCE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent), to include English Language and Mathematics AND a minimum of 2 year's experience in an Administrator/Clerical/Secretarial role in an office environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Experience of taking and producing meeting minutes. Proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Office package.Strong experience of preparing letters and reports demonstrating good written communication.Ability to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the role, as the role may include occasional evening and weekend work.
