Job Duties: This is a permanent part-time role working 16-20 hours per week.The Role:In this Office Administrator role you will be primarily responsible for the smooth running of a busy office.Specific tasks include:Managing existing subscription software database (Full training will be given).Processing applications accurately and efficiently using the existing in-house systems.Handling requests for information and support from existing and new clients.Liaising closely with the wider team.Responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable function of the company.Ensuring customers receive the highest level of services at all times.This is an office-based position in East Belfast.
Qualifications / Experience: The Candidate:To be the right person for this Office Administrator role you will ideally need direct experience within a busy office environment managing multiple functions.We also need you to have prior experience of:Working in an office environment.Confidently communicating online, written and face to face.Working in a customer services role.A high level of IT competence including the MS Office package with proficiency n excel and word in particular.High level of accuracy in work, both numerical and written.Excellent planning and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
