Job Duties: Core duties will be phoning companies across Ireland and UK capturing contact details and qualifying product/service interest for various clients. This will require making 40+ calls per day and updating details into a database, and sending out emails as required.Supporting a team of 4 colleagues with their various clients.

Qualifications / Experience: At least a C grade in Maths & English GCSE.Good telephone manner.Good numerous & literacy skills.Good interpersonal & communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.Willing to learn and confident.If you have experience in a similar role this is beneficial but not essential - more important that you're confident and able to chat with people over the phone.
