Job Duties: The role will entail providing a high standard of administrative support within an office refurbishment and fit-out company, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.General accounts preparation (sales and purchase invoices etc.)Reception duties.Preparation of quotations and acknowledgements on computer.General typing using Microsoft Word and Excel.Maintaining filing systems and updating database.General administration support.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience working in administration and within a busy office environment5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade A-C including English Language and MathsOCR/RSA Stage II Word Processing (both parts) or equivalent would be advantageousCandidates must have proficient computer skills.Attributes and the Person:Methodical and organisedGood at juggling tasks and prioritisingA good level of English spelling and grammarA friendly and professional telephone mannerIT literate to include proficient use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook;
