Job Duties: Office Interior Solutions provide complete turnkey solutions for Office Fit-Out, Refurbishment and Office Furniture projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We are looking for Project Coordinators to join the team and assist with getting projects costed, quantified and implemented. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, acknowledgements, orders and coordinating with programme scheduling and liaising with subcontractors on site. Activities will include;Take off quantities from drawingsPrepare quotationsMaintain subcontractor and supplier relationshipsPrepare orders and organise deliveries to sitePreparation of technical informationHealth & Safety documentationProgramme schedulingProject administration support

Qualifications / Experience: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 year's experience working in a project coordinating and project administration type of role (within the construction industry would be advantageous)Good organisational and time management skills Experience pricing different disciplinesExperience in procurement would be advantageousExcellent IT skillsExperience with scheduling
