Job Duties: An Administrator to help support the sales team in what will be a junior role within the team. The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience and be happy to work in an open plan office environment within a hard working team Providing full sales order administration support to the sales teamLiaising with suppliers and customers for missing informationMaintaining the database and updating spreadsheetsTaking payments from customersSending out customer confirmations Answering phones and dealing with customer enquiriesAd hoc office duties such as post, office supplies, filing etc The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Qualifications / SkillsMinimum of 2 years' experience in customer service role.A minimum of 5 GCSE passes at C and above including English and Maths.Excellent Computer skills, working experience of Microsoft word and excel.Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
