Job Duties: Duties and Responsibilities:Updating and maintaining product and stock files on our database. Placing orders via email and telephone.Liaising confidently with suppliers.Build close working relationship with suppliers and transport companies.Co-ordinating with transport companies to arrange collection of goods across Europe.Invoice matching with goods received and invoice query resolution.General admin duties.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.Minimum 1 year experience of working within an office environment.Practical mathematical ability.Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Outlook.
