Job Duties: The employer is: TRADEMARK TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD.You will update spreadsheets and our bespoke field management system, make and receive calls from customers, confirm field technician schedules, including overview of technical elements of company portfolio.You will also be responsible for supporting our sales department to help take our online presence to the next level. You will promote social media activities, manage content on the company website and assist with design for company brochures. Other duties as deemed appropriate.You will require real attention to detail, to be able to work at pace and also possess excellent administration and communication skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to communicate with customers at all levels and have a can do attitude. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum qualification GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent).Experience of Excel and Word.Some digital marketing experience.Customer facing experience.Confident communication skills.Desired Criteria:Experience with digital marketing, google ads, social media.Advertising and SEO.A clear, proactive attitude.A creative thinker with fresh ideas and a keen interest in technology.
