Job Duties: Process referrals for Care Services and arrange replacement service for clients when Domiciliary Care Staff are on sick, annual or any other type of leave. Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action. This involves principally contact with Domiciliary Care Staff, clients and purchasers with regard to service delivery arrangements. Qualifications / Experience: 4 GCSEs Grades A-C to include English Language (or equivalent Qualification) plus one years secretarial/admin/clerical experience OR NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) plus one years secretarial/admin/clerical experience OR 2 Years secretarial/admin/clerical experience.
