Job Duties: Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.Assisting Customer Liaison Officers to book and arrange customer connections.Document control of HSEQ Integrated Management System.Maintaining general office files, including IMS records, job files, vendor files and other related files to the company's operations. Policing Health and Safety internal and external audits.Assisting Health and Safety advisor.Preparation of monthly HSEQ reports to clients.Performing our relevant duties when needed.
Qualifications / Experience: GCSEs in Maths and English Grade C or above.Relevant experience within an office environment.Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Sharepoint.Multi-tasking, time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work on own or within a team. Preferable NEBOSH Health & Safety but not essential.
