Job Duties: To act as the first point of contact for enquiries and to advise commercial and other partners wishing to access HSC R&D Industry Engagement Unit support including correct completion and submission of documentationTo manage incoming enquiries from potential clients, providing a prompt initial response and advice, and/or signposting to appropriate internal or external contacts according to agreed processes.
