Job Duties: The employer is: CAR PARK SERVICES LIMITEDAnswering, managing and directing telephone calls.Recording, monitoring and responding to incoming and outgoing correspondence.Develop computer skills to include the use of computer management systems and various software packages.Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance.Filing and archiving.Creating and managing all Microsoft documentation.Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for team members.Liaising with customers, clients and contractors to answer queries and resolve issues.Assisting Patrol Officers/Traffic Attendants/Traffic Wardens in reporting and recording incidents.Recording and monitoring customer feedback.Develop skills in running a business within the private sector.Managing stock control.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Educated to GCSE standard to include Maths and English (or equivalent).Good verbal and written communication skills.Working as part of an effective team.Basic knowledge of computing and keyboard technique.Customer service knowledge.
