Job Duties: The Job:Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop.Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service.Maintaining high shop standards.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).Previous cash handling experience or experience providing excellent customer care.Be able to meet the travel requirements of the postDesirable:Demonstrable IT skills.5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent).
