Job Duties: Carry out administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the Switch Onto Employment Service, to a high standard and within reasonable time limits;Assist the Service Delivery Manager in producing reports both internally and externally, to a high standard and within reasonable time limits;Manage referrals to the service from point of enquiry to allocation;See Application Pack for further job details.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold a relevant administration qualification together with a minimum of one year's experience of working in an administrative setting OR Have a minimum of 2 year's experience working in an administrative setting.English GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or equivalent.See Application pack for further details.
