Job Duties: Assist in the day to day operational activities including project administration, managing agendas, appointments, phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters)Create and update records and databases with operational dataSubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedMaking sure that everyone is informed of upcoming projects announced by senior managementAssisting colleagues in the fields of educational programmes Scheduling social media postsPromotion of servicesProviding a high level of professional administrative support in areas such as Erasmus+ projects, funding applications and the organisation of special events and meetings. You will competently deal with inquiries from colleagues such as tutors, placement providers, and trainees and will proactively work under your own initiative to resolve issues effectively and decisively.Any other duties required by the Academy
Qualifications / Experience: Essential: 5 GCSEs Inc. English and Maths (Grade A*-B) and Min 1 year experience in a clerical/administrative role.Desirable: All the Essential criteria plus: L3 qual in Business/Administration or equivalent And Min 1 year experience in a clerical/administrative role.Skills: Essential: Strong IT skills, highly developed administrative skillsFlexible, respond positively to change Understand the importance of accuracy and getting it right first time Effective communication skillsHigh level of energy and enthusiasm, positive, proactive and solution-oriented approach Enjoy working in a teamExperience in the use of Microsoft Office products incl. Word, Excel, PPTExperience in report writing, use of emails and web conferencing softwareDesirable: All of the Essential criteria plus: Experience in the use of CRM and project management software, participating in projects, writing blogs, social media posts and social media advertisements
