Job Duties: Administrative support including filing, taking telephone calls, diary management, HR, using data management systems.Financial administration support.Facilities and premises support including room booking.Project support.
Qualifications / Experience: Good standard of education to include GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent to grade C or above.Minimum of 2 years' working in an administrative role and proven substantial office experience. Evidence of experience using data management systems effectively.Proven substantial experience of using IT packages including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and Windows applications. (Operating knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word software).Excellent oral and written communication skills.
