Job Duties: Take calls from prospective clients and pass onto the relevant employment officer.Respond to email queries.Prepare all participant start paperwork.Maintain a filing system ensuring new clients are added and leavers are removed in a timely manner.Maintain an internal spreadsheet with relevant client information.Create an outcomes database detailing what each client has achieved on the programme.Update the ESIF database, uploading all information and relevant documentation.Remove leavers from ESIF database inputting all outcomes accordinglyLiaise with other ESF providers regarding clients on the system.Archive leavers as and when required.Promote active and upcoming opportunities across all channels (social media, JBOs, the wider Bryson group and community groups).To comply fully with Bryson's Safeguarding Policy.Ensure the implementation and observance of associated Health and Safety Regulations.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 5 GCSE at grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent or Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent with 2 years' experience in a similar role.Experience of working with individuals who are disadvantaged/furthest removed from the labour market.Experience of sourcing relevant training and employment opportunities for participants.At least 2 years' paid experience working on government programmes to support people to gain and sustain employment.Knowledge of and ability to use IT packages including Microsoft Office and the ESIF Database.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong time management and organisational skills with ability to manage workload and prioritise essential/key tasks independently.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.To comply fully with Bryson's Safeguarding Policy.Ensure the implementation and observance of associated Health and Safety Regulations.
