Job Duties: BeyondHR are assisting our client Technical Transport Products in recruiting an enthusiastic, diligent and motivated Office Administrator to join their team to provide support across the organisation and to interact with customers on a daily basis. This role involves a variety of duties which will include invoicing, costing, sales ledger, contract maintenance, conducting customer surveys and dealing with customer and account queries within a busy office environment.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaA minimum of 4 GCSE qualifications at grade C or above (or equivalent) to include Maths and EnglishHave achieved an Accountancy Technician qualification or equivalentORA minimum of four years' experience (in the last five years) working in a similar account's role in an officeThe successful applicant should also beFully proficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsHave direct experience of computerised accounts system(s)Have proven experience of exceptional communication skills in customer serviceHave excellent time management, organisational and teamwork skillsPossess a full valid clean driver's licenseDesirable CriteriaA working knowledge of contract maintenanceExperience of working within the vehicle service sectorECDL qualification (or equivalent)Previous experience in website updates and/or social media management
