Job Duties: Report on completion of all engineering documentation Cataloguing of associated documentation in a secure, organized, and easy to access formatWork with other departments The recording and reporting of maintenance activities. Comply with company policies and procedures, inc. Health & Safety StandardsCreating and track purchase orders in line with departmental budgetsOrdering and receiving spare partsEnsuring parts are brought back on to stockUpdating stock management software Maintaining records for various customer audits, Completing and auditing contractor paperwork, Stock taking including monitoring spares, updating the manager on any supply issues, creating spare part kits, All other duties as and when required

Qualifications / Experience: Previous admin experience preferably in a manufacturing / engineering environmentComputer literateExperience of Sage / stock control and a planned maintenance system are desirable
