Job Duties: To ensure the timely and effective updating and maintenance of computerised and manual recording and monitoring systems and processes.To deal with telephone calls and requests from staff i.e. routine enquiries; leave requests; absence reporting etc, and record same.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
