Job Duties: Harvey Group has been delivering M&E services for 40 years. Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our organisation in the role of Junior Contracts Administrator.This is an exciting and challenging role which will provide the opportunity to assist the Contracts Team in variety of areas. As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you will provide administration support in the three main areas of contract documentation, training and health and safety. Some the main duties and responsibilities will include:Creating Contractual Information.Creation and maintenance of programmes.Maintaining company records.Updating of company registrations and memberships.Creation and maintenance of Staff training records.Recording, drafting and issuing minutes of meetings.Maintaining document registers.
Qualifications / Experience: You will have excellent administration and organisational skills, be focussed on attention to detail, have experience with planning and organising and be proficient in the MS Office Package. A knowledge of the construction industry will be a bonus.Essential:GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.Be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Package.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage a varied workload with excellent attention to detail.Desirable:Previous experience in the construction sector.
