Job Duties: Responsible for the organisation and provision of personal assistant duties and support to the Assistant Director of Commissioning and Senior Managers. Qualifications / Experience: 2 A-Levels and 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English and Mathematics (or equivalent or higher education) and 18 months' administrative/clerical experience.Or:3 years' administrative/clerical experienceIn addition to one of the above:RSA/OCR Stage II Text Processing Part 1 and Part II (Word Processing/Typewriting) or equivalent.Or:2 years' experience in high level word processing (report writing and spreadsheet maintenance).Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
