Job Duties: Based in Larne and reporting directly to the Service Manager and Operations Manager, the successful applicant's time will be split between the service department and the accounts department. The key tasks in the service department will be customer liaison, job card creation and sublet invoicing. The key tasks in the accounts department will be contracts administration and database cleansing. Both roles will entail general office duties, including filing and call handling.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria include:GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or aboveExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy.Desirable criteria include:Microsoft Office experienceAutoline software experience.
