Job Duties: Based in Larne and reporting directly to the Service Manager, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of administration within the service department; from vehicle scheduling to accepting customer payments. The key tasks will include workshop loading, job card creation, preparing estimates, and liaising with workshop staff and customers in order to provide progress updates and obtain authorisation for repairs.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria include:GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or aboveExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy.Desirable criteria include:Microsoft Office experienceAutoline software experience.
