Job Duties: Key tasks and responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for Homeless Connect stakeholders, to include answering calls and monitoring and responding to emails.Maintaining office supplies and recording correspondenceProviding effective administrative support services to management in relation to meetings and organisational events to include set-up/preparation for training events.Assisting in the development and production of reports and maintaining office information systems.Liaising with Homeless Connect internal and external stakeholders and responding to queries as required.Contributing to planning and development of office support functions.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteriaYou must demonstrate the following: At least 5 GCSE passes including Maths and English Language At least 2 years' experience of delivering effective administrative support services within a busy office environment.Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Experience of organising face-to-face and online meetings and events to include minute taking. Experience of contributing to planning, developing and maintaining office systems.Experience of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Desirable Knowledge and understanding of homelessness issues Experience of using Canva or similar design software.
