Job Duties: Maximise the use of technology to support administrative functions in line with the concept of a paperless office.Support with the implementation and development of all HR systems to ensure continuous improvement of processes.Be a PAMS superuser, ensuring it is utilised to its maximum potential.Responsible for maintenance of accurate hard & softcopy HR records to ensure a full career history for every employee is held securely.
Qualifications / Experience: CIPD MembershipAchievement of, or working towards CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)A minimum of 1 years' experience completing HR administration duties. Highly proficient in MS Office suite particularly Word & Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
