Job Duties: The employer is: CENTUM ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD.General Administrative Duties. Manage Civils daily diary as appropriate. Resolve queries for suppliers. Invoicing, reporting, and dispute resolution from suppliers prior to payment. Supplier account reconciliation. Provide general administration support to various contracts where required.Create and update spreadsheets - Plan Register, Labour Register and Tool Register (for each site).Prepare budgets and support management accounts by providing timely information. Keep records of accounts receivable - Amend due dates/values etc. Identify and address account discrepancies.Credit control activities as appropriate and supplier negotiation. Adhere to all GDPR requirements and ensure the company is compliant.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential2 GCSEs - Maths and English or equivalent.IT proficient.Good communication skills - Verbal and Written.Strong telephone skills.Desirable5 GCSEs (or equivalent).1 year office experience or in a similar role.Excellent communication skills - Verbal or Written.Interested in working towards a qualification.
