Job Duties: The employer is: YOUTH ACTION NI. Developing digital material for YAs digital learning platforms - Virtual Rainbow Factory and Youth Empowered Digital Hub. Create and edit soundbites and videos as content for social media. Generate innovative ideas, images and information that can be promoted effectively on social and digital media. Regularly post and promote YA's activities online, internally and to the wider public. Design imagery such as promotional e-posters to help generate recruitment of young people to our programmes. Contribute to Radio YNP programming. Assist the administrative team in YA Northern Ireland with tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets, emails, etc. Provide reception and foyer cover. As well as on the job training, the opportunity to undertake a relevant training course/qualification may be available under the JobStart scheme.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: The employer is: YOUTH ACTION NI. Personnel specification: Evidence portfolio of short film editing. Good ICT and social media skills. Good communication skills. Experience of a range of social media technologies. Self-motivated to work. Interest in using innovative ways of communicating with young people. Desirable:3rd level qualification in PR, media and video production.
