Job Duties: The employer is: SHIVERS BATHROOMS & INTERIORS LTD.Receptionist duties include: Greeting customers face to face and via telephone.Record customer/supplier messages correctly and pass to the relevant person.Basic administrative duties to include organising post, filing, recording customer details, etc. with the potential to progress to Sage & Excel data entry.Assisting with updating our Social Media accounts/website.Dealing with suppliers to confirm delivery dates, etc.Assisting with the preparation of quotations for customers.Assisting with the provision of our tea/coffee services for customers whilst they are waiting.Ensuring the showroom is kept tidy at all times.Any other duties the business may require within the capabilities of the participant.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Good basic standard of education to GCSE level to include English and Maths.Previous experience in a customer facing role/knowledge of Social Media, would be desirable.Basic administrative experience would be an advantage but full training will be given.Professional manner with the ability to work on own initiative.Be willing to learn new skills.
