Job Duties: The Administrator role is essential support to the operations function for cleaning, security and catering services delivered in Northern Ireland.Ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of a quality service as laid down in the contract specifications and guarded by the Regional Operations Manager (ROM)Main Duties:MS Excel spreadsheets & presentations in iaison with ROMScheduling shifts & updates in TimegateProcessing new starters & leavers and employee amendments for HR/PayrollAdvertising vacancies using the OCS Resourcing Portal for all recruitmentProvide Helpdesk support, responding to client queries and task assignment
