Job Duties: The Employer is: ANNADALE NURSING HOME.To book visiting appointments for relatives.Assist visitors to check in on arrival and lead them to the location where their visit is expected to take place.To rearrange visiting where necessary.To assist visitors with Covid Testing and registration where necessary.To log visitors and Care Partners Test results.Send out relatives and residents surveys.Answer the homes telephone and transfer to the appropriate persons.Prepare data/information in the format directed by the Nurse Manager/Administrator.Filing of records.Accept and sign for deliveries to the home.Assist the Activities team with Activities as required.Escort Engineers coming to repairs or service equipment to the right area within the home they are supposed to be working. Other duties at the discretion of the Nurse Manager.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum A Levels (or equivalent).Experience with working with the public desirable.
