Job Duties: Process and send sales invoices to customers.Prepare dispatch and export documentation for all deliveries and help with packing if required.Processing of customer data accurately and completely to ensure the veracity of customer database. Conducting research to improve database information.Answering company landline and transferring calls and managing company correspondence including emails, letters and packages.Order, store and organise all stationary and office supplies.Photocopying, emailing and scanning of documentation as required.
Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSEs including English and Maths essential.A minimum of 12 months' previous administration experience in a busy office environment.Good verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).Excellent organisational skills.
