Job Duties: Travelling to European Countries and participating in Erasmus+ mobility events (this is an essential part of the role)Assist in the day to day operational activities including project administration, managing agendas, appointments, phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)Create and update records and databases with operational dataSubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedAssisting colleagues in the fields of educational programmes Scheduling social media postsPromotion of servicesProviding a high level of professional administrative support in areas such as Erasmus+ projects, funding applications and the organisation of special events and meetings. Competently deal with inquiries from colleagues such as tutors, placement providers, and trainees and will proactively work under your own initiative to resolve issues effectively and decisively.Supervising studentsAny other duties required by the Academy
Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications:Essential: 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths Grade B or above)Desirable: L3 qualification in Business or equivalentExperience: Essential: Min 1 year experience in a clerical/admin/project officer roleDesirable: Min 2 years experience in a clerical/admin/project officer roleSkills: Essential: Strong IT skills, able to use spreadsheets Flexible & adapt easily to new situations Understand the importance of accuracy and getting it right first time Effective communication & interpersonal skills A high level of energy and enthusiasm with a proactive & solution-oriented approach Enjoy working in a team and have a constructive, collaborative approachExperience in the use of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PPTExperience in report writing, use of emails & web conferencing toolsDesirable: All of the Essential criteria plusExperience in the use of CRM &project management software,Participating in projects Writing blogs, social media posts & ads
