Job Duties: Assist the Environmental and Fire Risk Compliance Co-ordinator in the preparation of budget estimates and business cases.Continuously monitor and analyse the respective budget lines for all Environmental Compliance activity and provide financial reports on a regular basis on expenditure and trends. Ensure that the appropriate checks are undertaken for the receipting, coding and payment of all invoices received for works completed in the areas of Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos, Legionella and Radon.Contribute to the establishment and development of training programmes and preparation of materials for courses and maintain records as appropriate.Please see job information for more details.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold five GSCE passes (grades A*- C) or equivalent or higher and have two years demonstrable experience in an administrative role; OrHave three years demonstrable experience in an administrative role.Please see job information for full list of criteria.
