Job Duties: Be the main office administrator and support the Manager with the pastoral care of young learners.Be able to work in a busy, dynamic working environment both independently and as part of a team.Be able to multitask and prioritise your own workload, meeting deadlines efficiently and taking responsibility for the administration of the branch.To update and maintain both paper and computerised documents and records, ensure their completeness, maintaining confidentiality.Data input, data manipulation and collation using a number of specialised IT programmes, working to deadlines and quality standards.Record keeping and completing paperwork to a high standard.Carrying out regular quality audits and working efficiently and effectively with other members of the organisation.Liaise between a range of stakeholders including trainees, staff and management team, employers and placement providers in a professional manner.

Qualifications / Experience: 4+ years previous administrative experience.Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English.Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail.Have excellent communication and telephone skills.Show professionalism and motivated towards work.Excellent communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Ability to utilise ICT confidently within administrative processes.Ability to work using own initiative and take a level of responsibility for tasks and duties.
