Job Duties: The employer is: GENESIS BAKERY.Provide administrative support to help maintain maintenance, compliance, and quality records.Log maintenance requests and checks completed. Coordinate and keep records of maintenance schedules or other compliance and quality activities.Check paperwork to ensure compliance on all documentation.Check all procedures are carried out in accordance with guidelines.Support stores activities and implement and maintain stock control process.Maintain databases and other record keeping systems to ensure all records are kept accurate and in line with GDPR.Ensure work is accurate and completed within agreed deadlines.Deal with email and telephone queries.Adhere to health, safety, quality and food hygiene requirements.Collate data for management.Help with the project management of various tasks.Other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines.A desire to develop a career in maintenance, compliance or quality administration. Sound PC skills including Microsoft packages and Excel in particular.Strong attention to detail.Confidentiality.Desirable: Strong word processing skills.
