Job Duties: The employer is: GENESIS BAKERY.Support recruitment administration including candidate management, organising interview, and other logistics.Respond to telephone and email queries.Provide assistance with HR and recruitment administration ensuring confidential records and accurate file structures are in line with GDPR.Support induction processes including pre-employment checks, and other paperwork.Support probationary period sign off processes by issuing reminders and following up on paperwork.Provide administrative support for formal procedures, taking accurate notes.Undertake general administrative activities including photocopying, preparing letters,, collating packs, data entry.Adhere to health, safety, quality, and food hygiene requirements.Ensure compliance to all legal requirements including GDPR.Collate data for management.Deal with email and telephone queries.Other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Excellent written skills with sound spelling and grammar.Good verbal communication skills. A passion for developing a career in HR and/or employment law. Sound PC skills including Microsoft packages.Strong attention to detail.Confidentiality.Desirable:Some existing knowledge of HR acquired through attendance at a course or pre-existing qualification.Strong word processing skills to enable efficient and effective note taking.
